What the 11 1701 Is
Two-hole wall-mount basin mixer with concealed rough-in body — the clean look of a floating spout and lever over the basin. A hotel-favourite format supplied across our Middle East and Oceania projects.
Built on EMPOLO's 11-series platform, this wall-mounted basin mixer (concealed body) shares tooling, cartridge and finish systems with its whole family — which matters commercially: one finish approval covers coordinated models, and one cartridge strategy covers your spare inventory across the catalog.
Wall Mounted Basin Faucet: How This Model Competes
Buyers comparing wall mounted basin faucet options usually weigh three things: body material honesty, cartridge serviceability and finish durability. The 11 1701 answers with a solid brass body cast in our own foundry, a name-brand ceramic cartridge stocked as a consumable, and finishes that pass salt-spray validation before a color joins the price list. The result is product that survives its second and third year of guest use — when a bathroom fixture either earns reorder business or loses it.
Chrome; brass body and cartridge; Naijie ceramic cartridge; wall-mount with concealed rough-in body.

Finishes Available
- 11 1701 (chrome)
- 11 1701CB
- 11 1701GM
- 11 1701BCG
All finishes run through the same validation gate — salt-spray and adhesion testing per finish batch — because a finish is a specification, not a color name. Finish sample kits ship on request so your team can approve against real stone and tile under real lighting.
Who Buys This Model
Importers & wholesalers use it as an anchor SKU: one model family, seven finish points, retail packaging available. Hotel and residential project buyers coordinate it with our shower valves and bath mixers from the same finish batch, so golds match across the whole bathroom schedule. Private-label brands relaunch it with their own lever, logo and box — standard formats carry no tooling fee.
Applications
- Hotel guest rooms & public floors
- Luxury apartments, villas and serviced residences
- Commercial washrooms and healthcare-adjacent projects
- Retail and wholesale distribution under your brand
Packaging, Lead Time & Shipping
Neutral bulk cartons, retail color boxes or branded packages, each with protective caps and the full connection set. Stock-series models ship in weeks, OEM artwork adds the print lead; we quote FOB, CIF or DDP against your port, and provide loading photos and documents your clearance team will need. Flexible MOQs — new distributors start with mixed containers and scale on the reorder.
Sample & Trial Policy
Paid samples ship fast and credit against bulk orders. Physically verify the brass weight, the cartridge feel and the finish under your market's water before you commit a container — that test is the entire reason samples exist, and we speed it up rather than slow it down.
Buying wall mounted basin faucet: What to Specify
Wall-mounted product is bought twice: once for the look and once for the rough-in. The look is the easy half — a floating spout and lever over the basin, nothing on the deck, counter cleaned in one wipe. The half that decides the job is the concealed body behind the tile. Every wall mixer in this category is quoted as a two-stage assembly: the rough-in body with its bracket and eccentric bends is installed and pressure-tested while the wall is still open; the trim — spout, lever, escutcheon — goes on after tiling. That sequence is exactly why wall-mount projects fail on schedule when the valve and the trim come from different suppliers with different depths. Order them as one system from the factory that cast both, and the offsets travel pre-set. Specify the finished wall face dimension early — we supply the bracket drawing with the quotation so your plumber sets depth before the first tile. Our wall platforms carry the same Naijie ceramic cartridge and the same five-year body warranty as the deck-mounted range, in the same seven finishes, so the wall product matches the basin and bath hardware on the same finish batch.
How the 11 1701 Is Made
Every unit of this model starts as molten brass in our Heshan foundry. Sand-cast bodies are cut to profile, then machined on CNC centers that cut the waterways, the cartridge seat and the thread profiles to gauge — the cartridge seat is the single most important tolerance in the faucet, because a disc valve only seals as well as the surface it rides on. After machining, bodies move through the polishing line: hand-filed cast marks, graded wheel passes, then buffing to the level the finish requires — a mirror chrome shows every flaw the plating will magnify, so inspection happens before the bath, not after. Plating runs in our own lines under the same program as the rest of the catalog: copper-nickel-chrome for polished finishes, PVD for the golds, blacks and gun metal, each color batch released only after salt-spray and adhesion testing. Assembly is cartridge, seals and aerator; every completed unit goes on the test bench for a full air-and-water pressure and leak test — body, cartridge seat, connections — before it is dried, capped and boxed. That chain, casting to carton, stays inside our factory for this model, which is what a five-year body warranty is actually built on: not a policy, but eight inspection gates you can walk through in person when you visit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the 11 1701 really solid brass?
Yes. The body is solid brass casting with copper content above 59% — not a zinc shell, not brass-plated zinc. Weight and the parting line both prove it; we send an annotated macro photo of your actual sample on request.
Which cartridge is inside, and can we stock spares?
A Naijie ceramic cartridge drives temperature and volume control. It is a serviceable consumable: we quote spare lots in the same numbering as the faucet so your maintenance or retail side never hunts for parts.
What warranty do we get?
Faucet bodies carry a 5-year warranty; ceramic cartridges carry 2 years. Distributors get the same claim path we give hotel projects — photos in, replacement or parts out.
Can the 11 1701 carry our logo?
Yes: laser engraving on the body, custom lever options, retail box with your brand, and barcode. Packaging design support is included at no tooling cost for the standard formats.
Which certificates cover this model?
The 11 platform participates in our certification programs (cUPC, WaterMark, WELS, SASO, TIS, CE by model and finish). Send the destination market and we attach the applicable certificate with the quotation.
How is it packed for export?
Neutral bulk packing, retail color box, or your branded package — each unit with protective caps, complete connection set and installation manual, and every unit 100% pressure & leak tested before the carton closes.
